The fourth Hungry Antwerp event was a success, this time in collaboration with MP Culinary at Plein Publiek’s Rooftop. MP Culinary is a catering business focused on natural ingredients for optimal health. Maxime treated us to an incredible 4-course menu, starting with a croquette filled with spinach, ricotta, and tomato sauce.

The starter was a burrata tartare, followed by a delicious short rib ragù pasta, with a basil pesto pasta option for vegetarians. For dessert, we enjoyed a dreamy pistachio tiramisu. To finish off the evening, everyone was treated to a well-deserved limoncello shot!

The table setting was beautifully decorated with flowers by YOKO, and of course, Malfy Gin and Lillet provided the perfect cocktails to get the night started!

From 16:00 until 1:00, guests danced at Plein Publiek rooftop to the beats of Club Copains, while Maxime served late-night snacks to satisfy the small cravings.
